As two of the few pet-friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs here in our communities. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home with many great amenities!

Pet Policy:

Pinehurst Townhomes and Riverwalk Apartments allows dogs and cats (limit 2 per apartment)
Pets Upon Approval
Weight limit of 40lb for dogs
Restricted dog breeds - call for listing
Current vet records and pictures are required on move-in

Pet Fees (Non-refundable)

$300 non-refundable fee for one pet, $500 for two pets
$25 pet rent per month, per pet
