Toscana Restaurant

Located only twenty minutes from our Grand Ledge Apartments by car, Toscana Restaurant gives Michiganders a glimpse of Tuscany by providing delicious Italian food options. Toscana Restaurant offers wine tastings, the option to rent out the restaurant for private dining, and eat-in dining options. The menu is packed with mouth-watering dishes, like the Lasagna, the Toscana Alfredo, the Spring Risotto, the Marsala, the Short Rib Agnolotti, and more. You can't visit Toscana without getting dessert, so check out the dessert menu, which is full of dishes like the Tiramisu, the Budino, the Flourless Chocolate Cake (which is gluten-free), and more.

Cugino's

Cugino's is another Italian spot that offers its customers great drinks, great food, and great service. Grand Ledge Apartment residents are extremely lucky because this incredible spot is only a two-minute drive, or a fourteen-minute walk, away from their homes. When you visit Cugino's try their Lasagna Al Forno, the Chicken Marsala, and more. 

The Tangy Crab

There's something so satisfying about eating some traditional Louisiana-inspired seafood. At The Tangy Crab, you can taste authentic Cajun food right here in Michigan—only eleven minutes away from the Grand Ledge Apartments by car. There are delicious appetizers available, like the Crab Rangoon, the Crabmeat Fries, and the Steamed Oysters, and there are also incredible main dishes on the menu. We recommend that you try the Create Your Own Seafood Boil or the Old Bay Wings.

House of Hsu

The House of Hsu is a six-minute drive away from our Grand Ledge Apartments, so residents are very close to some tasty Chinese food. You will find some delectable, home-cooked Chinese food at this restaurant, so if you're craving egg rolls, fried crab cakes, wonton soup, or other Chinese food, you'll find it here. The House of Hsu is one of the best Chinese food spots in town.

Arms and Embers Grill

Our Grand Ledge Apartments are a three-minute drive and a nineteen-minute walk away from Arms and Embers Grill, which is a comfort food spot. If you're looking to get some tasty food and some great brews with friends, then Arms and Embers Grill is the right spot for you. Be sure to keep an eye on Arms and Embers Grill's Facebook page because they sometimes post deals and promotions online. If you visit, everything on the menu is great, but we love their Birria Burger and their Tacos, in particular.

Toads

Toads is known for its coffee, but the spot also serves delicious sandwiches, which makes it the perfect restaurant for lunchtime gatherings with friends. If you want to visit Toads from the Grand Ledge Apartments, it is an eighteen-minute walk (or three minutes by car). All of their paninis are served on tasty Ciabatta bread and served with crispy, salty kettle chips. We recommend the Hoss, which is a brisket and white cheddar cheese sandwich. Or, we recommend the Gobbler, which is a turkey and feta sandwich with roasted red tomatoes, pickled onions, and mayonnaise.

Log Jam

Log Jam is another spot located within walking distance of our Grand Ledge Apartments; it takes twelve minutes to walk there and two minutes to get there by car. We love Log Jam because it is a family-owned restaurant that serves comforting American food. Whether you decide to sit at a table or eat at the bar, you need to order some of the incredible food at Log Jam. There are salads on the menu, like the Crispy Chicken Salad and the Pineapple Chicken Salad. And there are more hearty foods on the menu, like the Steak Philly Sandwich, the Chicken Tenders, and the Mushroom Swiss Burger.
