No appointment is necessary to tour our community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to ensure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Please arrive no later than one half-hour before closing if you would like to tour the property. Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community. Our leasing office can be found for both communities at Riverwalk Apartments, 115 Perry St., Grand Ledge, MI 48837.

Our apartment homes and townhomes are priced individually based on the amenities and features.

Application fees are $75 per person (18 years and older). You may pay these online by credit card; a small fee will apply or in-person with a cashier's check. Each community requires a $100 administrative fee.  All application and administrative fees are nonrefundable.

Click on 'Login' in the upper right hand corner of our website, then click on 'Applicant.' Easily create an account and conveniently apply online through the applicant portal. 

Heat and electricity are individually metered and billed directly to residents from Consumers Energy. At Riverwalk, a flat fee for water is charged each month- $30 for one-bedroom units and $40 for two-bedroom apartments. At Pinehurst, water is individually metered and billed directly to residents from The City of Grand Ledge.  Both communities have an $8 monthly fee for trash.

Security deposits will vary depending on qualifying criteria. Standard security deposits for both Pinehurst and Riverwalk start at $500.

Rent is always due on the first.  A late fee and concession chargeback is assessed on the 4^th of every month (even Sundays and holidays).  The late fee is $75.

You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.

We are pet-friendly, allowing cats and dogs at Riverwalk Apartments and Pinehurst Townhomes. We allow up to two pets per apartment home. Please get in touch with the office to discuss pet policy restrictions.

Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment. Please ensure you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager, as there could be unique circumstances.

Service members can break their lease without penalty in certain circumstances through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Please get in touch with the property manager as soon as possible in this situation. You must provide written notice and a copy of your military orders.

Please let our office know if you love our apartments and want to refer a friend! We offer resident referral programs throughout the year and would love for your friends and family to join our community.

You may call the office, send an e-mail, or leave a message with the answering service. You may also submit work orders online if enrolled in our online services.

If someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate parking. If someone is permanently moving in or staying longer than seven days, they must fill out an application to be added to your lease agreement.

We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, before moving out. If you need to move out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days before the lease expires to provide your written notice.

Yes, Xfinity is available in the Grand Ledge area.

We do not allow personal grills of any kind at Riverwalk Apartments or Pinehurst Townhomes.

If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office to be let back into your apartment. After hours, a locksmith must be contacted.

If you have lost your keys, you may have new keys made at our office during business hours for a small fee.
